DECLARATION TO BE SIGNED BY ALL STUDENTS WHO ACCEPT ADMISSION INTO COLEX COLLEGE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL KUKURANTUMI-AKIM

I hereby declare that I read and obey all the rules and regulations of the school and promise to abide by them.

I submit that, if I fail to abide by the said rules and regulations, I should be sanctioned by the discipline committee.

I understand that my failure of not paying school fees and unannounced departure from the school shall attract the appropriate legal action.

Also, Tuition fees, Registration fees, Hostel fees and any other payments are not REFUNDABLE.

Important Notice

By accepting admission and completing your registration, you agree to abide by all the terms stated in this declaration. This declaration will be signed as part of your enrollment process.
